Default Info Philips ON4800, ON4801 UHF devices?

Hi

tried to find pdf file for data for the devices, but google only found
some japanese or unreadable sites, could somebody please guide me in a
better direction?

I do have a number of (likely) similar devices (Philips ,made in the
Philippines) type ON4749 (green plastic enclosure with 7 gold plated
pins/wires on a sturdy heatsink with 2 holes) ,which I have been unable to
identify.
However they are physically identical to (also Philips) type BGY80 . This
is a wideband module for Cable TV systems , 40 - 450 MHz, 12.5dB gain, max
flatness +/- 0.2 dB ; output voltage 61.5 dBmV.
