That you sneer at attempts to introduce Radio Hams to
materials for advancement is a very good illustration of why anybody who holds, or who has ever held, a licence issued under the gangrenous degeneration that is the M3/CB Fools' Licence scheme will _NEVER_ make it into the ranks of _REAL_ Radio Hams. It is also an indication of by how much you have prostituted yourself in your crusade to compensate for your well-deserved inferiority complex - you are the arse-licker of an irrelevant commercial book publisher and the book under recommendation was not published by them, and so you attempt to bad-mouth it. As it happens, Chris Bowick wrote the book as a condensation of his experience as a designer of professional RF circuits. (And, no, he did not get sacked for incompetence from a "South Coast Defence Manufacturer). He also holds the call WB4UHY (not one of the dog-turd M3 series such as M3OSN) and lists flying as one of his pursuits. (Wasn't that something else that you flunked yourself?) You are a hypocrite, sir, you have no real interest in the education of Radio Hams unless you yourself perceive a personal benefit of some kind. Brian Reay wrote: I have to agree Frank, the fundamental reason why a wire has inductance is a very basic fact, I believe taught at KS3 science. Makes you wonder about degrees from the UoE, does it not? |
