2.4 GHz is the problem.

That frequency is too congested at this location.

I need to move the signal OUT of the 2.4 GHz band.

Why not feed your signal into an MATV (Master Antenna TV) amplifier and
route coaxes to the rooms where you want to hook up a TV? You wouldn't
need 100 mW to do that....of course, you would have to run coax
throughout the building and in old construction, it could be a pain...
