Indeed, that you associate your scout troop with the
phrases, "gangrenous degeneration" and "M3/CB Fools'
Licence" is very revealing - no one but you has made
that association.

Every part of the FAQ, where it criticises the M3/CB Fools'
Licensees is as the direct result of encountering them
and their ridiculous behaviour in this NG. Indeed, if you
are responsible for training such licensees, perhaps it
is from you that their anti-social tendencies arise?
