HRN 231: Parity Tuesday

This Tuesday (January 12, 2015) is an important House committee vote on the
Amateur Radio Parity Act. It's in the Energy & Commerce's Subcommittee on
Communications and Technology, and it's scheduled for a hearing. It it
passes, it moves to the full committee. If it doesn't... it's dead for the
session? (Maybe not - the Speaker can send it back for another try). Gary
details how you can watch this hearing on a House streaming web site. And
he notes that it's already been through that process in the Senate (with
some video clips) where it sailed on through. Two Senators on the committee
did vote 'No'.



We'll rate this high on the "Radio" scale. There are some web sites and
videos, but the audio carries the freight.
