Seriously, though - the Canadian solution might be the way to consensus. I suggested something similar many years ago - that the Morse code exam be folded into the written exam and one score obtained. I think I suggested that the Morse code exam be 20% of the score. I made 100% on the First Phone when I was 21: 1971.
First pass. Took the Advance ham test just for the hell of it; 100% again. I propose 100% or death. Better be really confident when you sign up. H. NQ5H |
