Default Hey, NCI, how long is 36 months?

From the NCI bylaws posted at http://www.nocode.org

"The Board shall annually elect an Executive Director from among its members by a majority vote. This election shall be held annually during the first week of May, for the following year."

"The Executive Director’s term shall be for one year. The Executive Director shall serve for a maximum of three consecutive elected terms."

They must use an odd calendar over there at NCI, because Carl Stevenson has been Executive Director for around six years now, twice the "maximum of three" laid out in their rules. Is there anything else about their organization that they'd like us to believe is true?

Like after WWII in the Philippine Islands, there will be Code Warriors

years or so.
