Default Future FCC rule changes (was: WRC-07)

The No-Code War Rally will simply change focus now. In another year or so,

Oh, I think it will go much further than that. The case will be made
that the FCC could significantly simplify its administrative tasks by
(1) completely dropping most testing, (2) allowing only type-accepted
radio equipment on the bands (not just amplifiers), and (3) combining
the ARS, the FRS and the CRS into a unified hobbyist service.
