When did you become a weatherman? Arnie, I'm well aware of your EMA affiliation. Being a cop, then getting hired to run a local EMA office doesn't make you a weatherman. Passing days old hurricane information is a disservice, not a service under any label you want to put it, professional or hobby. So don't treat your profession as a hobby. __________________________________________________ _______________________ The information you posted is not completely factual. (something I've come to expect from you) I was a US Criminal Investigator for 20 years prior to being appointed as a Federal EMA Director. I have worked in close affiliation with local and Federal EMAs for those 20 years and it was one of the reasons I was qualified for the position. Many EMA Directors come from backgrounds in Federal Law Enforcement and Fire Services and very few from weather services (but you already knew that, didn't you) Finally, I posted the information to my site 30 minutes after the advisory was issued. If that is "days" old then I'd hate to have you say you'll do something for me right away. I could be waiting for months. I've pretty much come to the conclusion that you are nothing but a jerk with an agenda -- hardly worth my time. I will continue posting advisories to this group throughout the hurricane season. Feel free to ignore them -- no sweat off my brow. Arnie - KT4ST |
