Echolink is not "real" Amateur radio anyway... Let's see now..... ..... I'm on a wilderness lake in the BWCA with my VX-5R, call the 147.24 machine in Ely, bring up the code for my home 444.125 machine 250 miles away in Golden Valley, and chat with my unfortunate friends who are on their way to work in the city. What's not "real" about that? 73, Hans, K0HB -- Posted via Mailgate.ORG Server - http://www.Mailgate.ORG |
