I don't think I ever use that word to "describe sexual or excretory organs and activities". There are actually much better words for that, and in fact, many of them are patently non-offensive. "Come" is a good example. "Blow" is another. "Dick" is a man's name. My grandmother, for example, uses those words in a non-offensive context all the time.
