It seems that some just can't except the fact that amateur radio and the military have a close relationship and the military does accept amateur radio as a valuable service when needed, but not cell phones. What Mike posted is generally correct. And nearly anyone who'se anybody in the service has a cell phone on their hip paid for by you and me. I'd say that the military does accept cellular telephones as a valuable service daily. Meanwhile you can call me by name and Mike by name, but we don't know what to call you. |
