I have a similar system. Some authors are totally blocked, others I
read completely. Saves time and makes rrap a much better experience.

That works very well for ostriches.

Depends if there is any content of worth.

Exactly, Mike!

Freedom of speech means Len can post all sorts of stuff here.

Freedom of choice means I don't have to read all of it.

Experience and common sense tells me that the content of his posts isn't
worth my time.

The term "signal to noise ratio" comes to mind.

True enough, Jim. But we all fall from time to time into an exchange
with Lenover21.

That doesn't mean we have to keep doing it.

Ohh, every once in a while, when the right mood hits, it is kind of fun!

I just subscribe.

I buy mine at Universal Radio.

Strike Twoooooo!

Odd. Very odd.

I thought so too. I don't see any reason to buy anything from Universal
unless it is an emergency.

What's your problem with Universal?

High prices and the druids who work there. I've gotten better
information from those who work at Radio Shack. No answer would be
better than a wrong answer.

I prefer the friendliness, straight info and better prices of R&L
Electronics in Hamilton. They also have more merchandise in stock.

Dave K8MN

So, as an amateur radio magazine stand, how would you rate them?

R&L? I don't buy magazines from them.

And am I still holding at "strike twoooooo!" or has your umpireship called me out?

You're still foul-tipping.

And I suspect that his lack of condemnation of Quitefine or Blackguard
is that they are not doing what a lot of anonymii do, which is to post
libelous and extremely insulting material.

There is a difference between civil anonymity and non-civil anonymity.
To not get that is to not get it.

You ain't got it yet...

KB3EIA "has it", Len.
You have clearly "lost it".

Oh, and the anonymousies are anonymous because they can't
handle it under their own identity. Think of that. :-)

Does that include "Leo"?

We can certainly
"handle" anything you
can "dish out", Len.

We are anonymous
because we choose
to be.

You have been, or have
tried to be, anonymous
here.

Try dealing with what
we have to say, rather
than who you think we are.

Dunno. I don't see anything either of them have posted that is
particularly "non-handlable".

Both are NOT INVOLVED!

We are involved, Len.
We are much more involved
than you are.

No ID, nothing.

Why is that a problem
for you?

Most of your postings
do not contain any 'ID'.

You have no problem
with the anonymous postings
of "Leo", nor the non-ID
postings of "billybeeper".

Why should we be treated
differently?

Follow der uber-oberst's commands given in here. He is PCTA extra.

You have difficulty referring
to people by their names.
Why?

:-)

Not funny.

There's also http://www.harlowhickenlooper.com. He was the host of the 3
Stooges show in Indianapolis. Was in the last 3 Stooges feature film as
Johnny Ringo as well.

I have to ask...

Who is Moe, who is Larry, and who is Curly/Shemp?

hehe, well we all know who Moe is!

I don't. C'mon, spell it out.

Now figuring out the other two is more of a problem.

Let's do a poll!
