Can a person request to be tested by sending? It is my understanding that such a test can be administered as an accomodation. Same as someone might request a flashing light rather than audio tone, or a pitch other than the usual 750 Hz. My sending has always outpaced my receiving! Mine too. 73 de Jim, N2EY |
