Would a minimum age of fourteen have prevented his obtaining an amateur radio license at thirteen? You bet. Not if he had approached amateur radio like Brian Kelly/W3RV did. I obtained my license at age fourteen. How could a minimum age of fourteen have presented a problem? Dave K8MN It wouldn't have, David. You are an outsider WRT such an age restriction, so I don't know why you are concerned. |
