No...I claim that your assertion that ARES is "dependent" on aging
men who can't/won't respond due to age/infirmity or are over obligated
is misleading and untrue.

I've asked you SEVERAL TIMES now to show me JUST ONE example of
some situation where ARES was asked to respond to a situation but
couldn't due to any of the criteria YOU cited.

YOU claimed that "unlicensed devices play a major role" in
"emergency comms". I've asked your to substantiate THAT claim with some
sort of valid reference, but you;ve balked at that one, too.
