I understand RMS voltage & negative SWR, so I am
not Roger. If I *was* Roger, than I would NOT understand
RMS voltage & negative SWR for the simple reason that the
correspondence Masters Degree that DeVry gave me did not
cover these subjects. I did not have to remove my radio mast
guy wires from obstructing the city sidewalk, so I am not Roger.
