Do an internet search on Roger Wiseman, AB8MQ or KC8JBO. That'll reveal
that Roger is known only for 1) being in hot water with the FCC and 2)
posting filthy rants in newsgroups. He's quite the asset to amateur
radio.

Fromthe official letter that was once posted at Hap's Rain
Report website, no reason was given for Roger's retest letter of
what, 5 years ago, now? And still nothing else heard from the
FCC on his so-called "actions" on 20 meters, if he is such a bad
"qrmer" as you claim, he'd be in the FCC enforcement letters all
the time or worse.

Roger now keeps a very, very, very low profile on the air--for good
reason.
