license VE give-away session where all the answers were provided like

Poor two-test wogie, the FCC spanked him really good. You see, wogie was
caught red-handed violating the FCC rules so Riley made him retake the
exam. Wogie couldn't operate according to the rules like any normal
ham, he had to go and jam other ham's transmissions and Riley caught him
red handed. So wogie had to retest in order to keep his license. Poor
two-test. Lets see the hands of all those who have been called in by the
FCC to retest. Oh, I only see wogie's hand...figures. I have been
licensed since 1961 and never once has the FCC made me retake the exam.

memorization. Wogie got an Extra-lite, he never could have passed the
old test were knowledge was required and you had to set in front of an
