"N9OGL" wrote in message oups.com... No, i'm going to solve this Information Bulletin probelm once and for all. Todd N9OGL So why did you write the wrong person? You first need to start with whoever in the FCC interprets the rules not a House subcommittee. Secondly, you need to include a sample of one of your "information bulletins" so that this person can evaluate whether it is acceptable. Writing a member of the House subcommittee will simply get you a polite letter that one or another gives you a brush off since it is NOT their job to interpret the rules. Dee D. Flint, N8UZE |

The House Subcommittee on Telecommunication oversees the FCC, if you
read the whole letter I inform him that there is I believe a form of abuse going on , He will then in turn ask the FCC to resolve the problem. as for blowing it off it's very doubtful, I keep bugging him about it until something is done about it. Todd N9OGL |

N9OGL wrote: Please don't tell me he REALLY wrote this grammatical monstrosity to an elected representitve...?!?!?! WoooHooo! Wait till I make copes of all of his admissions of illegal operating, telling the FCC and the government where (an how) to get off, his threats, and perhaps even a copy of the letter from his ISP warning him that if his misconduct persists, they'll can him! Go right ahead steve the FCC has known about my past activities since 1999. I have been on the air illegal since 1999...So I really doubt they will do anything. Oh, they will, Todd...they will! As for telling them where to go, hey you ####ing communist this is america I have the right to tell them what I think of them.... "America" is capitalized, but then I realize that idiotitis prevents you from showing respect to the very country that allows you to act this way. go back to china you ####ing commie. I've never been "to" China in order to go "back" to it, Todd. threats??? oh steve, you aren't lying again are you??? Because i've never threatened them except for the threat of law suits. That's a threat, Todd. Better read up on case law as to what constitutes a threat. My ISP only concern was about that picture and that was it..... No, that's not "it", and the letter from your ISP that YOU quoted said so..."Stop it, or else". Steve I've come to the conclusion you a crybaby You would. Of course seen through the eyes of a guy that himself stomps his feet, curses in public, and generally has no respect for anyone, INCLUDING himself, this is not unexpected. litttle liar who thinks he better then anyone else. Not "anyone" else, Todd, but DEFINITELY better than YOU! But hey steve if that's how you get your #### off go for it, I dare you, you little shack of ####. Dare me to what? Prove to your Representitive what a foul, misinformed, deceitful and untrustworthy putz you are...?!?! That's no challenge! Afterall, you provide me with everything I need! Thanks! Steve, K4YZ |

N9OGL wrote: No, i'm going to solve this Information Bulletin probelm once and for all. Todd N9OGL No it's just more lies toady, you claim that the FCC is going after you, you write letters and ask for help. Look again at what you wrote. "But there are amateur radio operators who going after me because they think information bulletins should be not be opinionated. They, (the FCC Amateur Auxiliary) are also going after me for what we had discussed " This part makes no sense. "bulletins should be not be opinionated" I hope you didn't write this letter in crayon! The only thing you have done, if they take you serious, is open a bigger can of worms. If they look into this matter as you asked them to do, they will see you as a paranoid nut case and then the ATF, DEA, FBI, FCC, and many other three letter agencies will be watching you! |

No, that's not "it", and the letter from your ISP that YOU quoted
said so..."Stop it, or else". I suggest you read it again you liar. What they meant by stop they meant with picture if you don't believe me write them, "they do not get involved with individual disputes" their own words. If you soooo concerned and think you have something then go for it, So far your nothing but talk. a whine little CB operator who sits on a newsgroup and bad mouth people because you a poor miserable little man who tries to bring people down to your level. "bulletins should be not be opinionated"
SHOW ME THE RULE! the rules and FCC has stated that a bulletin has to be directed to the amateur radio service consisting solely amateur radio material. no where in the rules does it say that a information bulletin cannot be opinionated. Todd N9OGL |
