The House Subcommittee on Telecommunication oversees the FCC, if you
read the whole letter I inform him that there is I believe a form of
abuse going on , He will then in turn ask the FCC to resolve the
problem. as for blowing it off it's very doubtful, I keep bugging him
about it until something is done about it.

Todd N9OGL

He will NOT do anything about it except perhaps to tell YOU to contact the
FCC. The subcommittee job is to review proposed laws before being submitted
to the floor. It is NOT to interpret law. You need to start in the right
place and that is the FCC.

They have a little more power then you think, I was in a meeting with
him discusing the FCC licensing system and the first thing he said
before we even got start was "if there is a problem with the FCC we
need to know, and we will fix the problem." and that was before the
meeting. the subcommittee doesn't like the idea of the FCC "abusing" it
power and they said unless people tell them about these abuses they
can't help fix the problem. I remeber back in the 90's the subcommittee
was going to try to disband the FCC and run the whole thing themselves.

No it's just more lies toady, you claim that the FCC is going after you,
you write letters and ask for help. Look again at what you wrote.

"But there are amateur radio operators who going after me because they
think information bulletins should be not be opinionated. They, (the FCC
Amateur Auxiliary) are also going after me for what we had discussed "

This part makes no sense.

"bulletins should be not be opinionated"

I hope you didn't write this letter in crayon!
The only thing you have done, if they take you serious, is open a bigger
can of worms. If they look into this matter as you asked them to do,
they will see you as a paranoid nut case and then the ATF, DEA, FBI,
FCC, and many other three letter agencies will be watching you!

"bulletins should be not be opinionated"
SHOW ME THE RULE! the rules and FCC has stated that a bulletin has to
be directed to the amateur radio service consisting solely amateur
radio material. no where in the rules does it say that a information
bulletin cannot be opinionated.

From his letter to Representative John Shimkus
House Subcommittee on Telecommunication

"But there are amateur radio operators who going after me because

they
think information bulletins should be not be opinionated. They, (the

FCC
Amateur Auxiliary) are also going after me for what we had discussed

at
our meeting here in Taylorville over the FCC licensing system. These
amateur radio operators are digging up information, which is old, and

none of their business. I consider that matter closed and should be

left
that way. I am hopeful that you can help in resolving this problem."

People are going after you toady. Lock the doors, keep an eye in the
rear view mirror, and if you can't dance, just tumble!

Please don't tell me he REALLY wrote this grammatical monstrosity
to an elected representitve...?!?!?!

WoooHooo!

Wait till I make copes of all of his admissions of illegal
operating, telling the FCC and the government where (an how) to get
off, his threats, and perhaps even a copy of the letter from his ISP
warning him that if his misconduct persists, they'll can him!

This is gonna be FUN! Discredit the Idiot! All can play! Just
use his OWN WORDS against him!

This is gonna be tooooooooooooooo easy!
