So...Knowing that your "airplane" is illegal, you still intend to
fly it? License or not, Todd, when you operate ANY aircraft authorized
by the FAA, you are bound by FAA Rules and Regulations, and hence are
subject to FAA punitive actions.

You've admitted that your ultralight is NOT in complaince with
Part 103. Do you intend to knowingly violate FAA R&R's like you do FCC
R&R's...?!?!

It would be a real shame for you to wind up getting sanctioned by
the FAA before you get that Sport Pilot license, now wouldn't it...?!?!
