It's like this "John": The ARRL is run by an elected, unpaid volunteer BoD. In any practical sense the ARRL cannot be changed from the outside but it can and has been changed from the inside. The "solution" is rather obvious isn't it "John"? So go round up all your ARRL like-minded member buddies and campaign to get one elected to the BoD to kick off the "revolution". In other words "John" "lead, follow or quit whining, trolling and sucking up pointless bandwidth" on the topic.
