Those of you who lurked in this NG back in the days when there were
actually some occasional bits an pieces of real intelligence posted here remember Cecil's NCTA one-line zingers well. Us put-it-on-the-air or shaddup PCTAs also remember him as the Straight Key King of RRAP that night on 7.037, he hardly missed a lick despite the lightning . . one NCTA ya can respect is what Cecil is.
