The rule regarding pecuniary interest states that it can't be direct or indirect. What the ARRL is doing is indirect pecuniary interest and is a violation of the FCC rules. Why do you have such a hard-on for the ARRL? There are problem children all over as can be seen by the published enforcement notices, but all you carp about is the ARRL. Why? Did they kill your dog or something? Actually, the very fact that you include an ad for a "show" on 20 meters tells me you're one of the problem children (show=broadcasting, which is a violation of the FCC rules.). Why don't you clean up your act first and then you can think about going after some larger fry. -- LRod Master Woodbutcher and seasoned termite Shamelessly whoring my website since 1999 http://www.woodbutcher.net Proud participant of rec.woodworking since February, 1997 |
