It's absolutely true.

Your "mentor" has called any "self-promotion" of Amateur Radio
disaster communications everything EXCEPT an outright lie.

Lennie has point blank stated that the "professionals" have all
the talent, all the equipment, all the training and infrastructure to
carry the ball in ANY disaster situation.

Any suggestion that Amatuers are included in or support emergency
communications, direct or otherwise, is immediately subjected to one of
his "Mighty Morsemen", "when nothing gets through" rants.

And once again, he's been proven wrong.
