The FCC went after RF as the culprit, devising the environmental assessments that we must now perform for our stations. Just like the FCC to go after the wrong thing. you must admit (or rather you should admit)RF does seem like a more plausible explaination. ;^) OTOH the thought just occuured to me Prehaps the FCC and Wayne were both right. after all we are told CW get always gets through, prehaps the narrow band nature of CW combined with RF levels are what it takes to do the damage the above is joke, but may be more serious than we want to admit or investagate bb |
