Of course the Johnson Viking Messenger is interesting from an historical POV because it was such a departure for the company. So I guess it's not so surprising that for more than 40 years you've held onto one of the smallest Johnsons ever produced. If a tiny Johnson is what you have, a tiny Johnson is what you use. You have to work with what you've got. I'm sure that Len's Johnson has been gathering dust for some years now though.
