I don't know if Newington has ****ed off the FCC with the bps issue or
what, but this looked like it was on the fast-track once, and now it's
doa.

I think you have it for some reason the FCC is pleased with the ARRL
that is why the issue is moving slowly if at all

I think you have it for some reason the FCC is pleased with the ARRL
that is why the issue is moving slowly if at all

I think that you are right. They have been left hanging for three years,
wondering when they will have to update the question pool. 3 years is
excessive.

on 1Jul2007 the pool needs to be in place is NVEC is to contiue its
work smothly the FCC has some time yes but not a lot (if my analyis is
valid of course)
