Now even Spain has ditched the code test. Will the USA be last?

the USA will stall awhile more to please the ARRL but wll likely act to
avoid ****ing off NVEC the gruop that writes our test questions

Yes.

I don't know if Newington has ****ed off the FCC with the bps issue or
what, but this looked like it was on the fast-track once, and now it's
doa.
