why does Cap endorse Maj Robeson libel of a veteran of the US ARMY

i woudl raly like to know why cap expects to be taken serious but
refuses to apply the most basic standards of profesionism to its
members

amoug the tactics he uses are massivee amounts of unsupported charges
and alegeations to try and try his victum out and make unable to
respond

then of course he wlaks away till most but his victum have lost memeory
of his libels andsatrts all over again
