Default Identify This Radio

the most famous one with lots of ballast tubes was one model of Kadette by
International Radio. 1019, IIRC... this could be that.

Can anyone identify this radio. It has 12 tubes of which half are
ballast tubes to jack up the tube count. No identifiable markings that I
can see.

Thanks,

Dave
