Replacing pie-section windings can be difficult if you don't own a
coil winder that can make them. Back in the day some of the
after-market coil manufacturers made slip-on pie-section windings -
for examples see page 16 of the Meissner catalog at:

Finding some of those replacements is likely to be difficult, though.
