I had been inside all those buildings many times myself as a broadcast
engineer. I do know that the top floors of both of the tall towers had
lots of very heavy items such as massive TV transmitter plants, both
analog and new digital ones, new digital antennas for tv where being
added on the roof and also the motor structures for the upper elevators
where on the top floors.
