Best Programming Software for Bearcat Scanners ????

HI All,

What is the best programming software for Beacat Scanners these
days?

I have a BC 898T and a BC245XLT that I can't seem to figure out
the trunktracker programming on.

So, I was told a scanner programming software will do it for me via
a serial connection my computer.

Who has had good results with such software and where can I locate
it.
