Is this what happends after folks pass the code test?

Hollingsworth told David O. Castle, WA9KJI, of Evansville, Indiana,
October 11 that the WTB referral was the result of "longstanding
complaints against the operation of your station" involving interference
on HF and 2 meters. In another case, Hollingsworth wrote William F.
Crowell, W6WBJ (ex-N6AYJ), of Diamond Springs, California, that his
license renewal application has been designated for hearing after a
review of "numerous complaints filed against the operation of your
station" alleging deliberate interference.

You think that's bad, you should hear the retarded assholes on CB.

Default crapthoion continues

Hello. I'm Bill Crowell, W6WBJ, and I've been a ham for 47 years now.
I'm a good operator, and I'm here to tell you that Riley Hollingsworth
is full of ****. He HAS NOT designated my renewal application for a
hearing; he just wanted to defame my by trying to make everyone THINK
he had done so. If you carefully read the warning notice which he sent
me, you'll note that it says, in pertinent part:

"the issue of renewal of your license has been referred for designation
of a hearing"

What this means is:

(1) it hasn't been designated for a hearing yet. It's merely been
"referred" for such a designation. No hearing date has been set, nor
is it clear that one will EVER be set.

(2) "referred for designation" simply means that Riley the bull****
artist has asked his superiors for permission to take my case to a
hearing. It is by no means clear that they will grant his request.
Hearings are expensive, and there is no reason to take me to a hearing
because I've done nothing wrong. Indeed, judging by the passage of
time since he sent me my warning notice, with no hearing deisgnation
order yet issued, it looks increasingly unlikely that such permission
has been granted.

What we have here, gentlemen, is another example of Riley Hollywood
pulling the wool over your eyse by trying to make it appear that he is
taking me to a hearing, when in fact he has not done so. You have been
used. Abused. When are you going to wake up to what a dirty son of a
bitch old Riley is?
