Can't cut-off radio power? HALP????

74-250(c) MIDLAND [yellow one], cannot figure out how to turn the unit
OFF... help?

I'll be buying dozens of batteries per month at this rate.

any / all help appreciated.

p.s. this radio [midland 74-250(c)] sucks and is hard to program, too
small, easy to break, etc...
