Yes, answer already posted.
Referenced web page lists and comments about every WX radios -- including
the Radio Shack model you have referenced.

It's a 12-259 SAME Weatheradio. And NOT the same as the Midland I
posted about so much.

I read the manual about 5-6 times and nearly ripped it apart.

It was bought from radio shack.
