I am looking for a program to load on my computer that can read the
PL / DPL used on a particular frequency, when I have the speaker out
put hooked up to the sound card. This is so that I can program the
right DPL into the scanner so that it does not pick up another agency
on the same freq a distant cab company (yakety, yakety).

I have found a program that can detect PL but not DPL. Someone
suggested a program that costs aprox $160.xx, this is way to rich for
my blood, sorry I am looking for a lot cheaper... prefer free.

Please let me know your suggestions, and links to the software.
