Default STA "NASA 947" simulates Orbiter RTB

It is Tue, 1:20am EDT (0520z).
One of the NASA Shuttle Training Acft, "NASA 947" is over KSC at
the moment, climbing to FL200. He is in comms with Cape Control on
264.8. He will be making a simulated Orbiter landing to judge the
visibility that the STS-122 Orbiter pilot will have in the event that
the Orbiter has to return to the SLF immediately after launch.
He is also reporting conditions to "Weather Coordinator" via
126.65.
