Hi and tnx for reading my message. I've a 10 years old Yupiteru MVT-7100 and since about 2 years now, I've some problems with the keypad: I must press some keys very strong, to be able to use them. what can I try to do to resolve this problem ? tnx in advance T0M -- Sorry if I don't answer quickly but I can't be online each day Did taking it apart and cleaning the contacts ever enter your mind ? Sounds logical to me, if you don't have the expertise to do it, find someone who does. I use first a pencil eraser then a little swab with some of that electronic parts cleaner. Clean both the key contacts and the board. Should be good to go for awhile, but the problem is likely to return, even worse, eventually. |
