And? Kent, the boy is a fruit cake. What he's talking about here is the two frequencies are actually shared with both ham and police. But some police departments feel because they use it, you can't. and they are WRONG, and any enforcement action by some local or State Cop, would be thrown out by the first Court of Jurisdiction, when the Relevant Statutes, and FCC Regulations, are presented to the Judge. If not there, then the first Appeals Court. Usually these things never make it to a Court, as the Prosecutor doesn't want to be overturned, or laughed out of Court, for not knowing the relevant Statutes, in the first place. Just Say'en..... |
