ABC/Money weekly consumer confidence falls--report

NEW YORK, July 15 (Reuters) -

A gauge of U.S. consumer confidence fell in the latest week as
Americans' view of current economic conditions worsened, a report
showed on Tuesday.

The ABC News/Money Magazine weekly Consumer Comfort index fell to -21
in the week ended July 13 from -18 in the prior week.

According to the report, the number of Americans who rate the economy
"poor" hit its worst level in a nearly a decade.
