			No luck here in Seattle area either.  I dissambled and cleaned everything in 
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	the pad with WD40 and works fine now. Good luck with it...it's a fine unit. In article , says... Does anyone know where I can get this scanner fixed. I need the soft keyboard and understand that parts are very hard to locate.  |

			I once emailed a guy about fixing my TS800.  I think I still have the 
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	messages on my email at work. I'll try to find it next week and reply again. I don't know if he has a parts source or just fixes basic electronic parts. In the meantime, if you find someone and have a good experience, let us know....I still need my TS800 fixed!
