Default WinScan780 Update Now Available

Adam... I truly don't know why ANYONE would buy your software. Your
reputation for lack of support is notorious. I understand you're a
small outfit (apparently a one man show) but you've lost me and a lot
of other customers forever by not treating your customers right.

I hope you didn't quit your day job.

We have fixed the decimal point issue with WinScan780, as well as a couple
of other issues in the software. We are aware of the resources WinScan780
uses and we are working to correct that and still have the program function
in realtime.
To receive the update, please send e-mail to and
please title the e-mail WinScan780 update. We will need the serial number of
your program, which can be found on the about screen of the program.

We will then e-mail you the update for the software.

What caused this problem - Uniden made a change to the firmware of the radio
about 6 months ago and this caused the software to start functioning
erratically. Pozilla Software just found out about this firmware change and
received a new radio last week and we have fixed the problem.

We apologize to all of our customers for the delay.

Warmest Regards,

Adam Goldman

Why would you bother replying to a post made back in March?
