Help -BC780 XLT & Winscan780

Hi,
I hope someone can help me out. For over a year I've owned a
Bc780XLT which I control with Winscan 780 and never had a problem. I
just bought a second BC780XLT and when I went to program it with
Winscan the decimal point in the frequencies is offset by one place.
Any suggestions??? Its driving me crazy. Thanks.
