Pro-2006 /why the jack on the back?

I missed that jack on the first look, Cheek must have gotten his hands on

The jacks are "tape out" and "external speaker" . Never used either of
them as I never heard anything that I wanted to hear again and the
internal
speaker works fine. RM~
