re not random interference which would require the business to
tolerate them, they are intentional attacks upon the customers of the business intended to do harm! Local Law enforcement can charge them with "Malicious mischief" ah, but what if this is the scenario??? If the Burger King is operating on a Murs frequency, and if the prankster just happens to live in a house close to that particular Burger King where reception of the drive through is possible within his house, and he's legally transmitting on a MURS frequecy from his home? |
