Best Trunk Tracker Base Station under $400.

I am looking for the best trunktracker base station under $400. US. I have
motorola and EDACS trunked systems in my area, but no digital (yet). I
figured that a BC785D would be my best bet without a digital card. Then if
APCO-P25 ever rolls into the area I can get a BCi 25D digital card if
needed. Any other ideas?
