			I have been listening to Gananoque Police for years and just recently the 
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	tower and cars became unintelligible. I believe it may be voice inversion as I am not sure they can do half digital/analog? I am also not so sure they could afford digital in the small town.
