I recently got my CDL license and am thinking of taking an over the road job. I've been a scanner for years, but never looked into the laws. I've heard that Michigan has very tough anti-scanner laws. Does anybody have any inside into other state's laws. Do these laws differentiate between a handheld scanner and a mobile scanner? Perhaps there is a web site dedicated to this very question.
